• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150 (before tax and discounts).

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.

• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Red Box Sex Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
