We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once it has been shipped, unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This applies to all items, including:

  • Lingerie

  • Lubricants and body products

  • Any other intimate goods

Why? This policy protects our customers and ensures that every product you receive is 100% new, safe, and unused.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

Steps to request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will offer either:

    • A replacement product at no additional cost, or

    • A store credit or refund, depending on the situation.

Important: Do not ship any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.

  • Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • The order was delivered successfully but reported as lost or stolen after delivery.
